This place offers a great stay with spacious rooms and really comfortable beds. They provide handy amenities like a kettle and hair dryer, along with good-quality towels and toiletries. Additionally, there's an open park and play area for kids, and the staff at the canteen area were particularly friendly and helpful.

Located outside the main market of the Ujjain. It is just beside the Nana Kheda Bus Stand. Rooms are not maintained properly property is not maintained at all. Property conditions are not good. You will not get any support from staff. For even a hand wash shop you have to go to the market to buy. This is government owned hence the staff are very rude. Overall all stay is pocket friendly but amenities are below average. For single boys it is best as you will get a single bed in the dormitory at a very cheap price of around ₹250. However you will get a locker without a lock. In night you have to fight with Mr mosquito 🦟 but no help from hotel they may provide a mosquito coil but no match box and that is also on your lock you may get or not.

This hotel is located outside the main market of the Ujjain (Railway station and Mahakaleshwar Mandir). It is near the Nanakheda Bus Stand. Property and Rooms are not maintained properly. Being a government owned property the behaviour and approach of staff is casual. Overall all stay is pocket friendly but amenities are below average. Hope MP tourism can upgrade it.

We stayed for 2 days at MPT Avantika in the Family rooms and it was a really pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The whole place was so green and adobe of nature. Food was good as well, we had there a few times. The location is great, it is away from hubbub of the central part of city and its just 15 min auto ride of 100 bucks from Mahakal temple or Railway station. It is really affordable, we paid 2.6k for the stay for 4 people.

Good hotel rooms are neatly maintained and location is not far from temple 2kms away. Food is tasty only vegetarian food is available. Taps need repair as water is being wasted of leakeges. Greenery is good.

Stayed at this place a month ago. The rooms are excellent and the staff very cooperative. The civil maintenance needs improvement. Ideally located very near to the busstand, temple and market. Sprawling government property but not optimally utilised.

Booked AC Standard Room which was okayish. Points to note : Experienced lack of water supply in the morning 1 day, the staff did not provide bedsheet for extra bed after repetitive calls. Food is made on order and you can't get anything instantly from the accompanying restaurant. Ordered food was good in taste and price wise. Unusual check in time of 2 pm in the noon, if someone arrives before that do make sure to check in with the staff else you have to wait in the lobby area. Wifi connectivity is ok in the rooms. Only single fan in the room out of two fan outlets, one probably purposefully removed. The AC just about works when asked the staff to switch it on. The AC remote in room is just for name sake, i guess.

Close to the central bus stand and market yet off the road and quiet. Cleanliness is reasonable. Staff is very helpful and food is good.
